This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased from our store, including delivery times, shipping methods, and related details, in compliance with Pinterest Merchant Guidelines.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times 

We offer two main shipping methods to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is fulfilled (shipped), not from the date of purchase.
  • Standard Shipping : - Delivery Time: 20-30 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) - This method is available for all orders and is the default shipping option for most locations. - Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
  • Sea Shipping : - Delivery Time: 15-20 business days (excludes weekends, public holidays, and customs clearance time) - This method is suitable for bulk orders or heavier items. Please note that sea shipping may take additional time for customs clearance in your country/region. - Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped, and you can track the status of your shipment online.

2. Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipping. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-order items will be processed and shipped according to the estimated availability date listed on the product page. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in fulfilling your pre-order.

3. Shipping Costs 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • We may offer free standard shipping for orders that meet a certain minimum purchase amount (details will be displayed on our homepage or during checkout).
  • Sea shipping costs are calculated separately based on the volume and weight of the order. For bulk orders, please contact our customer support team for a custom shipping quote.

4. Shipping Restrictions 

We currently ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, there may be some shipping restrictions due to local laws, customs regulations, or logistical limitations. If your location is not eligible for shipping, we will notify you during checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, and other fees may be applied to your order when it arrives in your country/region. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost or product price. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by visiting our store’s "Order Tracking" page and entering your order number and email address.

6. Delays & Issues 

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, or global logistics issues.
