Thank you for shopping with MULIPETS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

All regular in-stock products, subscriptions, pre-orders (unfulfilled), and try-before-you-buy items are eligible for returns, provided they meet the conditions below.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. Damaged, used, or modified items will not be accepted.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@mulipets.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, product name, and reason for return in your email.

Our customer support team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Package the item securely in its original packaging, attach the RA number to the outside of the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

We will inspect the returned item upon receipt (usually within 3-5 business days). If the item meets the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

For pre-orders that are canceled before fulfillment, any deposits or partial payments will be fully refunded within 5-7 business days.

For subscriptions canceled before the next billing cycle, any pending charges will be refunded, and no further charges will be applied.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (wrong size, wrong color, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping cost and either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs), at your discretion. You may be required to provide photos of the defective or incorrect item for verification.
